Help abilities not working

Idk y but it’s not allowing me to equip my abilities i have em on the card go to equip Em and the players r not there really sucks cause I can’t have inside stuff on my dt secure protector on my oline and my lb not working either anyone else have this problem snd know how to make em work

On playing hold R2 and change it filter

When u in the menu to manage ap, switch the filter by clicking r2 on PlayStation idk what it is on Xbox
