Now SOLVED -- MUT (Madden `23) has corrupted my item/team data, crash, crash, crash.

Each and every time i attempt to adjust my lineup, or almost literally anything on the team, the game mode crashes and reverts me back to the main login screen with a generic "Our servers cannot process your request at this time.  Please try again later." error message.  I believe this to be a result of me splurging on the TIE-DYE uniform pack, after i opened the 49ers Away (white) uniform, i was no longer able to tinker with my team.

I've contacted EA Support, but they're still stuck asking me to provide all the basic information; what is your username, which platform, etc. -- all information that was provided in my original help request, oof.

How long ago was it when you purchased the tie-dye uniform pack?

Why i'm glad you asked, just last evening.

Agent Kartik stated: "purchase was made for 50000.0 for Tie-Dye Fantasy Pack and it was received on Feb/17/23 05:23AM UTC."  EA Help support has assured me that it's in my item inventory, that i should NOT believe my lying eyes.

EDIT:  I was actually able to make adjustments to my MUT team this evening, however now i'm missing the new and incredibly overpriced uniform i "invested" in.  The EA Help support rep suggested i wait a few hours, power cycle my PS5 and try again.  /sigh

Oh, so you never even received the pack let alone equipped the uniform? I didn't buy any uniforms lately but I was receiving the same error code as you steadily last night as I tried opening packs and quickselling items. It would happen about every 5-10 minutes and made the whole experience terrible.

Thank you for sharing your experience -- it's very strange, because i quite often get these generic "Our servers cannot process your request at this time.  Please try again later." error messages based on random actions in MUT, i have come to expect them at this point.

However, i was able to receive the uniform, but immediately went to EQUIP the Away uniform and that's when the original issues began.  I could come back into my inventory and see the white, TIE-DYE 49ers uniform was there, but any attempts to modify my roster in any way would result in the above error message, game crash and sent back to main loading screen.  Today (1 day later) I'm finally able to make adjustments to my lineup, but now the uniform is just gone and i'm out 50k coins -- yet EA Help (at both the website and Twitter support channels) keep blaming one another.  One says wait a while, or try to contact the other help and i'm perpetually caught in this loop.

The Chiefs TIE-DYE uniform was fine and all, from a simple appearance standpoint, but it kills my immersion and makes me feel liek a bandwagon jumper to wear the freebie uniform, so i figured it was finally time to invest some coins to represent the Niners, as i'm running 50/50 theme team.

I'm probably just being a big baby, but buggy ass software causes me RAGE.  =)

I don't blame you at all, especially if you spent coins/points on something you did not receive or get to use as you intended. I'll ask around and see if I can find more info on what may be going on here. If I do, I'll try to reach out and update you but I can make no promises that I'll hear anything.

Just the simple fact that you are responding to my posts is more than I could have hoped for. Genuinely appreciate your shared expertise and especially attempting to leverage your network.

Heck EA Help hasn't offered as much info as YOU have, I'm certainly not expecting you to work miracles. The effort is refreshing, thank you kindly.

And of course I'll update this thread over the weekend with any progress, or lack thereof. I was having so much fun building my 49ers theme team, having to wear KC red instead of my beloved scarlet & gold (or tie-dye variant of SF) impacts my overall game experience more than is probably reasonable.

I guess, these next few weeks and months potentially determine if I'll be part of the MUT 24 community.
