Help on Ranked rewards

Whats up guys. Just had a question if some of you guys can help me. I barely started getting into ranked h2h. I see the rewards say “Top end of session”. So for example, does that mean if I’m in elite, I would have to be in tier 3 to get that reward for elite rank? Or can I just be in the tier 1 and still get the elite reward? Thanks in advance!

Tier 1 will still net you the reward for that specific rank. If you want to grind a lil more, you can shoot for 3200 RP, and get a chance to get Talib. Not guaranteed, but that's what happened with Cunningham.

How many Ranked points per game? I'm trying to figure out how many games per week this would take to reach basic Elite? tier rewards.

Sheesh! It really depends. On average, I was gaining 45-60 RP per win. Losing 15-20 RP per loss.

Last ranked season, I was gaining 60-80 RP per win and it was a lot easier. Matchmaking is hell this season.

Thank you,I realize it's not an exact science, I just could not seem to find ANY actual information in-game, because writing genuinely deceptive menus or helpful MUT Tips would be asking entirely too much. Appreciate you trying to hold my hand here and explain shit liek the damn child I am.
