Help with Faulk or any Receiving RB

So I bought 93 Faulk. I'm trying to make the offense more dynamic.. This is out of my comfort zone as i'm a run heavy team that almost always keeps the back into protect when I do pass... 

With that said, do yall have any tips/advice on changing to this style? I don't want to whole sale change cause my style has worked well (I have a pretty decent H2H record in Seasons and Champs), but adding a new wrinkle with Faulk would be great as an answer to defenses that I can't get the run game going against.... so formations, plays, certain route concepts work well with specfic hot route with Faulk? As of now, I don't have HRM on him or Mahomes so keep that in mind... Do yall advise that with one of them? I have GS with Mahomes and Joy Stick AP with Apprentice X Factor (which is pretty achievable, IMO) with Faulk currently... Broncos playbook as well... Not a popular one I don't think, but it has all the typical formations you see online... Bunch, tight doubles, TE Trips, etc.

So I am literally a check down master heavily utilizing the rb out of shotgun a lot, and i made the switch from Kamara to LTD Faulk yesterday(he is an absolute monster). It’s not like there is a fool proof way to making it work but a few tips…

flat routes and out routes are much more effective than swing routes Coming out of the backfield.  Use a formation with 1 WR on the side  your RB will be running a route to, and have that WR run a slant. if it’s a flat zone hit the WR, if it’s man hit the RB, unless he’s got of the ball quick in man with a LB covering the RB, that should open up the slant as well. 
 

A great way to have your rb get open on a wheel route is send it to the same side as a double WR close stack. Have the inside WR go slant or drag, have the outside WR go deep streak, even in zone schemes there will be a window for for the wheel route to be wide open. 
 

Using your rb effectively out of the backfield is a lot about your route concepts and getting him open in space.

Side note, the Run N Shoot playbook has your running back lined up as a WR in a lot of packages, so if you really want to make him a focal point that could be something to try, its not my favorite playbook however.( I use the bengals)

I use the Backfield Master X Factor on Faulk and throw a ton of Texas routes, especially against man coverage.

Thank you. Very informative. Any tips on what to do with the OL when the back goes out? Is there an adjustment I can make presnap so it doesn't turn into a dang avalanche? OL piss me off... Obviously I have the best of the best cards available and those fat jokes couldn't block my 5 year old nephew sometimes.

Jeez I wish. I feel like the more EA tries to tweak the blocking the worse it’s getting lately or there is some new blitz override cheese meta I’m not aware of. I feel like it was decent after the major s2 patch but it’s back to hot garbage. So please let me know if you figure it out Lol

X Factor. It’s 0 AP. Stays on for 8 plays. I’d do RB Apprentice but I can’t afford the AP.

Lol. Couldn't stop a wet fart in church with the best OLmen in the game.  Any route with the back out of the protection has to get out quick unless they rush 3 or less.
