Since u got no responses there I will try to help. How man y coins do you have? There are a lot of options but most are expensive.

Do you have the Cowboys Strat card?  you could get Jaylon Smith Wildcard Veteran card, Ken Norton, those replace Demario and Ernest Jones. 

Darren Woodson at SS instead of McKinney

Carmichael CB , free Nahshon Wright, DaRon Bland to replace Woolen
