I should be able to rely on X-Factors. There's no Kryptonite in the NFL. There are good players and lesser players, but there aren't players that merely step onto the field, and then other players suddenly become next to worthless.
(I will acknowledge that some abilities and X-Factors are overpowered, and ought to be nerfed. 'Counter-abilitying' overpowered items doesn't improve Madden (or any other game, for that matter), it just subjects victims of random chance to negative play experiences.)
There are players that match up differently tho. You can’t complain that you can’t rely on something because theres a counter to it. Just don’t rely on it. I don’t think there’s anything wrong with X factors, nor do I think there’s anything wrong with momentum shift
