HOLY F*** BEEEEEEEEEEPPPPPPPPP

So at a friends place and he decided to login to madden and open his gift so I was watching to see what he got. 

Opened 4 Lavish presents and get two 82 overall AKA players one 87 overall TOTW and an 85 Zero Chill "WTF is this?" 

He backed out the game and back in and the presents are still in his pack binder but trying to open one again it boots you out with an error message.

Went back into the game and the presents are still there but the players he got are in his binder. What a F****** Mess this is.

I won't be opening mine for a few days or until this issue is fixed.

EA Better get off the Egg Nog and fix this and make right to all that got the shaft. This is just Unacceptable and at this point in time I feel like 5th graders could work rings around the people running the show and be 1000 times more efficient. 

Sorry to everyone who got shafted by EA and I don't work for them.

They need to make a statement and a massive apology to everyone .

Bro their literally just mislabeled, all of the actual items are there.

I'm waiting till this shit is fixed too. Presents are labeled wrong, presents aren't showing up, a lot a lot a lot of stuff is going wrong....

Thankfully I’m out of town doing family Christmas stuff til later tonight. Hopefully it’s all figured out by then. 🙏

I don't think they are just mislabeled. He opened the rest  and his best pull was the 87 Lance McCutchen overall card. got a lot of 80's and a few 84-85 overalls.

 All the presents are still showing up in his pack binder and we went through all of them with the error messaging booting us out and we came back in to try another.

So no something is wrong with the presents.
