Yes, they NEED to be held accountable. If everyone were to just take a firm stand & say enough is enough & just stop playing this abomination, the financial impact on EA would be damning. But no. Because ppl have this overwhelming desire to get there NFL football fix EA is allowed to get away with giving us a mediocre product. I was 1 of those ppl, but I got over it. Haven't touched this game in weeks. If you don't have enough consideration for me as a loyal paying customer to give me what I want & provide a quality product with exceptional customer service then you don't get my business.

Even if people did stop playing, i think it's too late for the game to be fixed. I think we are just too deep in shit and the only way out of it is to hope EA loses the license. Just too many things wrong with the game

Yeah man, welcome to late stage capitalism. Every corporation that has the means to do so is gonna squeeze us tighter and tighter because we can’t do shit. I’m in my mid 30s so I grew up with OG madden and have such fond memories of it, feel bad for kids nowadays who get a game like this on Christmas and it’s zero fun unless you also get $500 to spend on the game with it. Like all things in life, doing things the wrong way will eventually make it unsustainable and break but I doubt we are there with EA yet.

The sad part is that they arent really gonna "lose it" theyre just gonna opt not to renew it like they did with FIFA. The NFLs greed prevented what should have happened years ago (them actually losing it) I still welcome it and cant wait. Should be within the next couple years.
