Is anyone else not getting rewards from the house rules?

I have not gotten my harvest pack. I’m not going for 15 wins until it is resolved. 

I put in an EA Help ticket and in true fashion they are no help at all.

I was getting everything but I just got another 88. What should I do? Will I get banned?

Just passed 15 and no leg. 

My wins are tracking b/c I am getting the Harvest program XP.

I was up to 75 wins and had gotten all of my rewards to that point but I kept hearing others did not.  So it looks like EA just granted everyone all the House Rules rewards they should have earned... (which means I got 2x). 

Now it looks like they've removed the rewards page from the House Rules screen and they added a 100 HR wins objective to the Harvest pass where you can see what rewards you get from each level.  You may have to quit the game and go back in to see these changes (that worked for me).
