How are there new cards on the trade block

Did some people get exempt from the trade block elimination? That's messed up. I just saw a Chris Godwin on the trade block. How is this possible ?

Not sure i've seen someone say there's a loophole but I wouldn't risk it.

Yea it works fine for me. No workaround or loophole, it’s just available and works just as normal. Idk why

After all the screw ups ea has had, it's super petty to eliminate the trade block. I've bought a platinum pack and it's a slap in face to me that people made many multiples of 200k because they messed up
