How can we counter short in/out elite or stop it for that matter?

Obviously it’s the meta right now and who knows if they will tone it down later but I get a little bit in trouble at times with those players running that ability. What’s the best way to stop it? Need some help appreciate it

Inside Shade. Antonio Cromartie and Ronnie Lott both get it for 2 AP. Everyone else is cheaper, but the ability costs more on them

I know but these guys I playing against be having the ability on all the WRs and TE smh
