How can you spend 2 grand on this game and be sitting on 5 mil total value?

Finished top 200 in MCS on weekend. Decided I was gonna sell team and do Peppers set on companion app to make about 3 million in coin. Finish him Sunday night. Post for 3.38 mil. Wake up. Hasn’t sold. A few sold for more than that. Post all day yesterday for an hour at a time. Other cards still selling before mine. Now it’s Tuesday and it still will not sell and is now selling for 2.8 and falling. I’ve put up with a lot of crap from this company but this is the last straw. I pulled SIX limiteds between August and October to pull ZERO from October till now. I also pulled numerous useful BND cards to start the year and haven’t pulled one since. Why would I buy the ZC premium pass again?

I could very easily be sitting at a team value of 15 mil but steep market drops, poor pack odds, and EA utilizing AI to ghost my larger auctions has put a huge damper on my team’s value. My team is worth 5.5MILLION COINS AFTER SPENDING 2 GRAND AND FINISHING TOP 100 MULTIPLE TIMES. THERE IS SOMETHING SERIOUSLY WRONG WITH THAT, EA. BE BETTER. And I will be suing you guys for fun with proxy lawyers rather than going NMS bc I can do that. Merry Christmas

i've spent $0 on this besides buying the deluxe game and was up to 80m coins at one point so i think this is just user error and you need to evaluate how you manage your binder

also, it sounds like you're good at the game but not good at mut.  mut is about coin stack management as much as it is being good at madden.  i'm the opposite of you, amazing coin stack management, but awful at the game.

Yeah your team needs to be around a certain threshold year round to play at the highest level. For example, you need the 2-3 mil corners of the week on your team at all times. I’ve also played the game for years and understand coin management but is there much you can do when you’re playing in a 50k tournament on Saturday and the market crashed 20%-40% Wednesday-Friday? Am I not supposed to lab with my team all week and just wait till the Friday before to make a squad? Idk, I make posts like this so hopefully it changes things just a little because I love football but I do not like being turned into an ATM by corporations churning out bad products

Why proxy lawyers? I only ask because its alsmost a guarantee ill be suing EA at some point. Lol

I plan on going to MCS events at some point and don’t want the heat in general. It also allows me to pay for lawyers on behalf of other people. They never go anywhere bc they can do whatever they want in their game but it does cost EA money and it does make them think.

I get what you're coming from but it's all intentional to keep the whales spending. They want your coin stack eradicated. Sure, you could play the market and avoid every crash but you'll never have a competitive team when you need it. I've played most ultimate team variants and whilst all suffer from a constant decline I haven't seen a deliberate slashing of people's in game values quite like madden 25. All ultimate teams have crashes but Madden's are visceral and regular. As I said a week or so ago in another thread, I'll play this team out but then I'm checking out. Haven't the time or commitment to grind again just to have it wiped out in days. Wherever my remaining team/coin stack gets me, that'll be it

I agree 100 percent. You can’t even enjoy a player a week before it is outclassed and half the value.

That's exactly my thoughts that I haven't been able to put into words for some reason.

Like that kenny Rogers song goes you got to know when to hold them and when to fold the. mut  can only be a one way street either your a competitor,  try hard, grinder NMS, or offliner. Competitors like yourself has to spend money to be competitive you cant go in a gun fight with a knife. You can’t expect to make coins as well because you have to play with the players you have. The market tanked after blitz like on my other thread said it. It was by far the worst market tank I seen since M22.

The ZC card should keep their value until Dec 24 heck they might increase before the 25th since people will be tempted to open present and ZC players quick sell for snow.

I'm very good at keeping and gaining a coin stack. Suck at the game though. Haha. Even though I've been playing since I was a kid. Madden 94 was the 1st one I really got into. Super nintendo. The markets ups and downs can be exhausting!! People that dropped hundreds into the team diamond packs got burned!! Not me!! 2800 pt packs are my limit!! And will never do the risky packs. 92 or 94 type crap! 25 bucks for a 92. Nope!!!

you have to just manage your stack.  maybe that means not having the best team ALL the time.  that's part of mut.  if you want to have the best cards at every moment of the game you have to spend thousands on this game and be prepared to keep spending.  even the top streamers sell off their teams before market crash and wait a day or two at times to buy a high priced LTD if it's not someone they really love.
