How do I get my gt

I just preordered madden 23 deluxe and I don’t know where to find my gt or if they still give those away if you purchase it.

I believe you're still supposed to get one if you purchased the offer that includes the GT.

When you login to the game there should be some screen showing a new item which is the GT pack.

But there's been issues that cause some people who should get it not to receive it. EA has communicated that they're aware of the issue. But as far as I am aware there has been no fix if you didn't receive it.

Honestly you probably won’t. I’ve been waiting over a month and they havent fixed anything
