How do I get the playbook “spread”?

The only 2 ways I know of are the auction house and the set, but the set is random and I never see the playbook on the auction house. I have done the random offensive playbook set over 20 times and still have not gotten spread. Is their any other way to get it?

Search "pass balanced" they changed the name of it this year.
