I use Eat Clock but is there something else I can do?
Where is Eat Clock? I see people reference it, but do not know how to find it.
As for your question, what I do is kick off every game. Get a stop, and try to use 1st and 2nd down to get within a yard of first down. Then you can kill 87 seconds per first down. Run out clock and score TD or FG right before half. Then do the same when you receive the kick off in second half.

Chew clock. It's click on R3 (PS5) when you're calling a play. Coach adjustments and no huddle are the other options.
What I do is run the ball about 4-5 yards every play with chew clock on, hope I get a 3rd and inches, and run again. I do this all the way down the field. If it comes to 4th down, I call a mesh play or just FB dive/QB sneak. I find that you can get a Solo Battle done in about 10 minutes give or take.
let the CPU play yr defense.
do something else that actually adds value to your life
come back and chew clock.
solo battles are the 2nd biggest time sink of the game behind the laggy AH
Man the worst was grinding tuddies and rush yards for John madden. Each game would take an hour and a half
Just run the ball and chew clock. Sit in the ball as much as possible
Get stop, chew clock.
If your opponent receives the kickoff, force them into a quick three-and-out.
Get the ball after the punt, and use the rest of the half to grind out yards, using all of the play clock, and end with a score.
Receive ball inside your own ten at the start of the second half, and just pick up little chunks of yardage to keep the chains and clock moving.
Do all that and you'll be done between 13 and 20 minutes.
Obviously reverse these tips if it's you receiving the ball from the opening kickoff.

I felt like Madden got to 99 in no time. I didn't even have live gold to do solo battles when I leveled him. /shrug

No problem. Good luck!
Run the ball while chewing the clock and eat up every down.( Direct handoffs with no player in motion, that just takes longer) That's it in a nutshell. I grind solos at my computer desk w 3 screens while watching something on TV and possibly on MUT.GG or FB. Less boring that way and helps pass the grind time.

BRO I got you! Outside of Mondays when you wanna crank out the stats to get some quick levels. (I love trying to drop the 150 on the 73 ovr team lol)
You eat clock but in saying commit fully to it and only run. I'm talking I fair catch kickoffs and punts for maximum yards in front of me. Go down on ints and fumbke recoveries. Burn clock always on. And I go down after gaining a 1st sometimes even before I do. Legit 0 passes.
Whatever half i reciever the opening kickoff they get the ball back with 10 secobds left in that half I burn the entire half with a 95yard drive after fair catching kickoff. Literally run 5 yards go down burn clock
I'm easily finishing 4 solo battles in kess than an hour. The higher ovr CPU is even faster the lower ones actually take longer because they are so terrible.
And ideal final from this strategy is 21-0
You'll get 28/35/42 sometimes if the cpu has atrocious turnovers

Lmao damn I thought I was the only person who mastered this. Yes literally 5yard runs go down burn clock my opening drive of the half is 95 yards because I fair catch kickoff and burn the entire half all 4 solo battles 1 hour.
I drop on easy pick 6s ect. Because you can burn so much clock so quickly. Time your snaps to be properly inside 30 sec increments to even shave a play off each qtr.
Except on Monday I like to do all the stats ideally I'll play a cpu for hakf and hiur plus trying to drop the 150 on them im also 100% getting my 30 rushing tds in the 4 games lol. I know I'd get them eventually I like the instant 4-5 levels of rewards.
