If you were to win a raffle, how do they get it to you. I mean they removed trading

Same way you get welcome packs.  They show up.

You send the mod your GT and a pack shows as customer service grant or something like that. Does take a few days

I’ve won twice this year.  After you give them your system and gamer tag, they show up on Thursdays.  When you first log in on Thursdays after the daily reset, it will say customer service grant under the card you won.

If you win, you get a DM from me. You have 48 hours to reply with your GT or PSN and specific console type. I send the information to EA and have them put the item right on your account. Usually they do that on Thursdays but sometimes a little earlier or later.
