How do you get RP tokens?

I put down M24 a few months ago and was jumping back in to pull together RPs.  I was able to build the (2) with 99s but dont know how to obtain tokens.

Rookie revolution solos and leveling up the the rookie premiere field pass. I should mention it's currently impossible to have all of the tokens needed for the set because the fourth token will be added in a new set of solos either this Thursday or next Thursday

In tandem with my not logging into M24 I also haven’t been on Mut.gg.  I searched the first few pages of the forum and didn’t find my answer.
