How do you increase throw power ?

I don’t see a strat item that boosts throw power unless I’m mistaken? Saw gmia  with plus two throw power on his Boomer  QB card.

Certain coaches also help boost certain abilities?

I get plus 4 throw power and plus 2 dac and it's really helpful with some qbs, like Montana
