How do you quickly select players?

I want to put my MLB as QB spy. So I want to come to the line and and click the circle key until he's highlighted, set him to QB spy, and then click circle key again until I get to the player I'm usering. It's too much clicking! If I go too fast I skip by the player I want and if I go too slow I don't finish before the snap. Do you memorize the number of clicks so you can do it quickly or is there something more....elegant.

Edit: I saw a post here earlier that I can't find now that talked about the command to have closest player go after QB. What was it?

If you hold down the circle button and aim the joystick at the player you want, it will go to that player

The command is click your right stick down. Will send the closest player in coverage at the qb

But if with your left stick point the way you want to and click be you can click x on PlayStation or A on Xbox and then rigjy stick to the left( Qb spy) then point your stick back to who you want to user and bam you’re done. If you need any more help I can give you some tips my psn is Xolture
