How do you upgrade Howley / Ward to 95 ?

you have to buy a SB Past 95 card and put it in the base card for either.

.....and yes it is just as dumb as it sounds.  You have to put a 95 OVR  which you purchased, into a 93 OVR, to make a BND 95 OVR
