How do you use custom jerseys in MUT?

I just got MUT. Last year you could do it in the creation center. How do you do it this year?

Not this year my guy.  Cant even get alt unis from the auction block.

I've played against a few on old gen that have custom.. I tried to message each of them to ask but never got a response.. But the old truck definitely doesn't work
