How Does EA Decide Which Non First Round Players Get Draft Cards?

It’s pretty random but they usually give cards to guys who have bigger names that slid. I would imagine Willis and Nakobe Dean will get one and selfishly would like to see The Karate Kid aka John Metchie

So I imagine Corral, Ridder, and Howell would also get a card?
