I think OP meant, how is it possible (it's not) to achieve a 40/40 X team and 40/40 Y team.  So a total of eighty (80) theme team players.  I'm running 40/40 49ers and 20/40 Jets at the moment.

its not. I have 40 falcons 33 jets and thats all that is possible

I'm pretty sure you could get 40/40 using all team diamonds and rookie premiers on both teams....ie vikings lions combo...or titans commanders
