There is nothing confirming these are ltd this year. 

Not like in past years when it was confirmed and you couldn't even quicksell them

How do you guys even get presents? Especially the uncommon ones? Rerolls? Buy "present packs" in the store? I think all i have is like a handful of small ones and two "scary" ones (mf related i assume) 9 total. Is it through solos/the event or something?
