You can....but it will literally get you no where. I've been in daily contact with EA through the countless tickets I've submitted and done the live chat numerous times. There is no reliable way to get help from EA.

Yeah, honestly wouldn't get your hopes up. EA could care less about their customers getting cheated by them. If they can get away with not making it right, they will definitely try. Their support or "help" is a joke. Really hope EA loses its exclusive rights soon
