What chem, if any, makes him a 99?

He is a Blue 99 on my 37/50 Chiefs TT. FB was also my last spot keeping me from being a 99 Overall, so I finally shelled out the $$$ for Okoye. The card plays fine, but frankly isn't as good a run blocker as the 97 OVR Trent Williams that I was using earlier.

I used a legendary strat card boosting HB/FB to get him to 99.

What about spending 400k on perry and putting him at FB where he belongs?

Having a combine TT set to 25/50 should get him there. Acquiring 12 combine players should not cost that much either.

He’s 99 on my non TT. I’m guessing the Legendary Sprinter strat card is what gets him there
