every single game i play i always get blown out and can never compete with my opponents so i was wondering if anyone has tips to get better. I've been working on trying to make the correct read recently as well

Can I see your team
The biggest thing is "play smarter, not harder"
Improvise. Create strategies, but don't be afraid to abandon them if they aren't working. Only throw the ball if it's wide open. That sort of thing. This won't always work against high tier opponents but it's usually sufficient against players that have a great team but aren't that great at the game.

Gotta see the squad in order to get you headed in right direction. A lot of people say scheme over team which is true but only if the differences in teams are 2-4OVRs.
What type of offense do you like to run? Playbook?
First of play slower. that hanged my game from quick snapping from the same set. i would take the routes you know can get open in man and zone. i recomennd a play with one zone beater and one man beater and one over the top. so for example a crosser for zone, drag or zig for man, and a deep post over top.

heres the team. i definitley like to run a pass first offense but will run mostly on short scenarios or on the goalline. what playbook would recommend and what changes too?
Work on anticipation because it’s one of the biggest things playing online. Make sure you have a competent user and are playing correctly with them. And have 1 or 2 go to formations to run your plays out of and learn to play them effectively

Yeah this. Play seasons. Learn a set or two.
Your team is good enough right now. Little on the lower end but it should work out.
Having a good user and kind of predicting where they throw often is good starting place. Tall, fast, and free pick artist safety is good to use.
