How to know if you are banned?

I’m on vacation and away from PlayStation but I went and looked on the companion app to see if I could snipe a little and it said I had no binder and no coins. Is anyone else experiencing this?

The companion app is a glitchy mess.  I’ve logged on several times only to see that I have no coins and no binder.  It’s not indicative of anything.  Try it again in an hour or so.

I believe they usually send an email if you've been banned. Unless you've received one, it's probably just the app being glitchy like rimbaud said.
