How to max out my TT with TT All-Stars

I have a 50/50 Titans TT. I’m looking to get the +5 boosts (speed primaril). What TT All-Stars do need to make this happen? 

Sorry, I am confused by which cards boosts what. If someone could point me in the right direction I’d appreciate it!

All the ltds, the two titans 92's boosted to 99. The two bnd 97s. Obj.
