How to run pulling guard runs?

Like counters and powers? I have Puller Elite on both guards and I feel like these run plays just aren’t effective. maybe i just don’t know how to run them. Any Help would be appreciated

What speeds are your guards? And I found it really hard waiting for the hole to open up but once I did it really helped.

Youll want fast guards and nasty streak. 

Dont hit turbo till youre past the LOS.

This. It's hard not to but makes a big difference to your run game.
