Just played a dude that only ran this where he had singleback 2 wr to the left and 2 te to the right and i have to user the stretch to the right but then he passes to the bubble wr screen and its wide open against zone so i tryed 2 man press and he gets a rub route and its still open?? like wtf i dont know how to play defense in this game and my def in based on man coverage
Any sort of Man Press coverage will stop the bubble screen, so then you just need to user the right side of the field and utilize your run fits.
You can a cover 1 robber and have the safety on the right side come down into the box for a 8th defender on the stretch and then you can user the FS on the left side of the field to cover the WR's.
Sometimes hooks on the player defending the slot receiver with zone depths set to 0 can work if you want a different look.
You could also run a card at DE that is fast and either man him up on the HB or set him in a hard flat to get an extra defender on the stretch side. If he runs the screen instead it really doesn't matter if you have a pass rusher on the end because there's no time to get a pass rush anyway. When EA drops a Julius Peppers that will be the perfect card to stop that stuff
I had that problem and found 2 different solutions that worked. I put my user there and did man. Or press man blitz if your corner can get around the blocker and bring the safety who’s manned unto the RB down

lol i think i said thats what i was trying 2 man press is my standard defense and it didnt work somehow the wr would like get a rub route or something but 2 man press didnt stop the screen part which is why i was mad but yeah i guess man press blitz might be the way to go just dumb because i shouldnt have to blitz this play.

I run a lot of RPOs, but I try to be pretty conservative with my decision making. Taking care of the ball is of utmost importance to my offense. With that said, I will not throw the RPO if I see any form of press (man or zone), a really wide DE or flat defender, or man coverage. Seems like i'd hardly ever throw it, right? You'd be surprised.
Anyway, thats from the other perspective. Don't know if that helps you, though.
Maybe its just me, but I've found that off man coverage worked best. Keeps that db that's manned up in the bubble from getting caught or bumped. Then I'd hard flat that same side with a lb just for help tackling if the db gets juked out.
