How turn mut 22 coins into best case for mut 23?

Ok so I sold most my team, have a good chunk of coins I want to set me up for mut 23 as best as possible. I honestly guys, have no idea what to do as this was my 1st year doing mut. Any help/ideas?

I have maybe 7 93 RPs, I sold a bunch I earned before realizing I maybe shouldn't sell em. Haven't done any sets but have done maybe 75% of the challenges. And if I do happen to get maxed out for mut 23, ill be happy to give away whatever I have left. Thanks!

Ps...Have 7m coins and still prob 6 GTs and a few other players i can do whatever it thats non ncat.

I think doing the Rookie Premiere sets to earn the 15 tokens for 23 is about all you can do to with your MUT22 coins.

Rookie premiere is the only thing to really help for madden 23

Max out on rookie premier tokens is the move.

The sets under the 23 RP in the actual sets menu? Where there's the trade 2 of these 97 draft cards for 10 93s or whatever number of cards it is? Those i can do, just confused where the tokens come in at

I'd do all the exchange except the sugar rush ones (too expensive last I checked). Then buy other 93s from packs then auction house.

If you didn't complete any sets, objectives, or snipe any of the 93s, you're looking at around 7.5 million to complete the 15 RP sets needed to get the 13 tokens for next season.
