I've been running zone ko's all year and wanna try and switch to a one step ahead/ man ko's ability setup, does anyone know if these abilities are good. I'm not tryna sell and switch my whole setup just for the abilities to not be that great.

shutdown and universal coverage are much better for man coverage than one step ahead. The knockout abilities for man work really well if your player is close enough to get a tackle after catch. I’ve been running man all year and the most important part of it is getting constant pressure. You pretty much gotta run cover 0 for man to work.

Only man-beating routes you have to 1000% worry about are texas and crossers because they don't count as "cuts" for OSA, inside shade, outside shade according to the game . Most of the routes you can shutdown with good shading
