I was playing against someone who kept running mid blitz, but I noticed they had slower DBs
So I matched up my 89 speed cheatah against their 86 speed Revis
And even when pressing and getting beat, Revis would run toe to toe with Cheetah everytime, sometimes even getting to deep balls faster than cheetah
I coudlnt get ANY open deep streaks
How can a 86 speed DB be faster than an 89 speed DB?
2 reasons.
1. Its a game that uses DDA and it will do whatever it needs to, to keep the game somewhere around even a lot of the time. If that means slowing a WR down a tiny bit by having him do that stupid hesi step or giving a CB a hard bump at the LOS to knock the guy off his route, so be it.
2. We're talking about a tiny difference in speed. Like 4%. If the text on this reply was 4% bigger would you even notice it? Maybe. Barely.
My Revis has been getting burned so he was demoted to 4th CB now behind RP Terrion Arnold, NTL and Cro.

I was honestly surprised to see this post, as Revis seems to get cooked by almost everyone... i've seen sooo many complaints about this card. I've been running Jets (and 49ers, of course) theme team, but still haven't tried him, due to the sheer amount of complaints.

He made plays for me - probably more INTs than any other card, but he starting getting consistently burned. His speed became a massive liability.
I'm also running a Jets/Browns TT, but Browns CBs suck in the game. lmao
I tried Revis when I saw him cheap and sold him for a small profit after a couple games. I knew right away I was done. That card was horrible for me.
Revis was upsetting for me as well. The madden 24 ultimate legend was absolutely amazing but the AKA card kinda blows.
Ive been rolling with Arnold, Williams, and Dejean. Waiting for that 86 CB to come my way when Ranked ends in 3 days. Will add him to SLCB2 in my zone scheme.
