I can’t believe EA at this point

We all knew that EA was gonna give us a bunch of duplicate cards for TOTY 

(which is stupid itself considering that EA delayed the program till March to avoid duplicates)

That isn’t even the worst part.

They even managed to ruin the special 99 OVR LTD Player Of The Year or whatever they called it this year by giving us a 99 OVR Fred Warner when he literally has a 96 OVR Playoffs card.

So he got an endgame card over guys like Davante Adams (best card is a 92 OVR from October)????

This makes EA look so horrible. But at the end of the day it doesn’t matter, as EA will still generate billions of dollars in revenue no matter how bad their products are.

Fred Warner was VERY intentionally the LTD since they decided to bring back TVP’s with TOTY. God forbid they give us some crazy good useable end game card for rental pricing.

That‘s my point. Most people don’t even use MLB’s so they gave us a card that a lot of people won’t use as the LTD.

As a Niners fan I’m actually so hyped about Fred.. I think he deserves it!

You can kinda blame EA, but kinda not for this. The reason there were so many honorable mentions is because the winners (i.e. VOTED by the FANS) had cards very recently.

Think this shows that the 'voting' WASN'T rigged as we thought it was gonna be, the proof being that there were so many dupes.

So you can blame our dumb asses for voting for the same ppl we were already getting cards for lol.

Honestly at this point i feel like yall will get mad at EA for anything. yea it sucks that some players only got +1 upgrades but it was the community that voted for the cards. EA didn't choose them so what do you want them to do. No matter what EA will do yall find a reason to complain about it

out of all of the posts ive seen about toty i feel like you are the only one who agrees with me. this proves that mfs will complain about EA for any reason

I usually don’t say anything when EA does something dumb, but this could have easily been prevented. Yes, it was the community who voted, but who allowed the community to vote once again and didn’t learn from what happened with last year’s TOTY voting? In fact there is a chance that this all an illusion EA created to make us believe that they listen to the community, and these cards could have been planned long ago.

I have zero doubt EA has these  planned months ago and the voting was an illusion
