Play a solo its probably just glitched and that's what you have to do after the glitch

Correct just play any solo and it'll trigger it

Or you can do the notification glitch to make something trigger, and it's much faster than playing a solo. Why does noboby ever talk about this?

When in MUT go into your Madden Profile, navigate to the Notifications tab, close Madden Profile. Enter any MUT menu of your choice and then exit. Job done.
