Flash and shady run a 2 back scheme
as someone who consistently runs into his own offensive lineman my solution put Gronk with vanguard at fullback and just follow him. he'll have you looking like joker.
Try some stretch plays on offense…..what defense are you running?

Depends i-form 4-4 or 34 shot gun runs bnog or nickel over
Hard to know what to say so here's the usual list of obvious stuff.
Don't sprint too early. Most say wait until your RB is beyond the LOS. Sprint basically makes all the D come off their blocks so you need to be patient.
Make sure you're running to the best spot. Do a hat count (you can press LT and you'll see how the D is lined up.) Switch sides if it looks more open.
ID the Mike and watch his User. I'll often just ID his User tbh.
Use the double-team icon on DLineman on inside runs. I find this works really well if you run with a FB ahead because if you double-team 1 lineman then another 1 is free. I'll often double-team his User if it's a DL.
Try not to be too predictable with play calling so the opponent can't predict you're running.
Run at least 1 inside play and 1 outside play early on to see where the opponent has his best DL.
Personally, I don't bother with Counters or Draws - they just take too long to set up.
Always press stiff arm or truck at the end of a run. Sometimes you'll break free.
Motion a WR for no reason. Its a popular thing to do on passing downs and I think players often think you're passing when you do it.
I run Gamechanger Jacobs and TOTY Ekeler. Personally I'd look to have a Power Back and a Receiving Back but I'll often have the Power guy in and pass or the Passing guy in and run.
On D you just need to be a decent User really and your non User LB wants to be the best player you can get. I play a a custom playbook that had 4-3 Over 3-4 Cub and 5-2. Not many people get many yards on the 5-2 but 4-3 over with the LOLB being a run LB works best for me. I Spy a DL quite a bit and he seems to zero in on the RB once the play isn't a pass. Then its just all the obvious with Secure Tackler, Inside Stuff etc.
Hope that helps man.

Thanks for this hopefully this helps me.
You should check out the NFC pb cause it has some nice running plays in it. On defense you have to have a bunch of Tackle Supremes or Secure Tacklers to counter the X-Factor rb's and being a good user is also important for instance being able to shoot the gaps. Go into practice mode and practice, practice, practice. I have Vanguard on both Kittle and Gronk and it's taken my run game to new heights. I also have nasty streak on my Guards and honorary lineman in my #3 TE and my FB Csonka for when I run the SB Ace DBL Wing formation. I'll sub in Gronk any other time at FB and his passive x-factor vanguard is really good. I like power-o runs and traps. You have to mix it up also with some counters or draw plays cause those can catch your opponent off guard sometimes. I never really knew how much strategy can go into the run game until I watched a few videos and how you can take advantage of the numbers game for instance if there's more defenders in the right side of the field then you can flip your play to the side that gives you a better chance at getting some good yards on the ground. Like previously mentioned the biggest problem most have is holding turbo to early and not being patient or not hitting the right hole or blocking the right defender.

Thanks been practicing to shoot the gap mainly against o1 trap out of tight offset since that seems to be the main problem for me and I also had no idea that the run was this strategic until I watched a free ebook video on YouTube then saw it.
