I got Cunningham even though I was 1k RP under the leaderboard! Glitch?

I was in the top division but not on the leaderboard. From everything I could find, you had to be actual top 100 to get Cunningham, but I got him! Is this a glitch, or was everything I was told/read wrong?

Assuming this isn't a glitch I wanted to post it as like a PSA.

same I got Luck, I wanted Hyatt more than I wanted Randall and getting into top 100 is hell Im not sure even I wanna get that sweaty
