The LIR legendary strat card has a secondary chem....some have in the zone I think and others have strong arm. The strong arm one adds another +1 to THP.. Check your strat card and let me know if that's the case

Is there something specific I have to do to equip the secondary Chem? i haven’t been able to figure it out.
