i need almost 1,000 tackles to get 5k xp which is enough for me to get gronk outside of H2H and solo battles is there a solo i can do to get all those tackles?

I think your only option now is challenges. Pick one of the defensive player ones, do it on the hardest level. Because I've found that on 1 star, the ai just keep throwing incompletes which means no tackles. I would do one of the aka new class ones, and just let them dot you up so you can get as many tackles as possible. And if you get a turnover just punt it back lol

do a legends one of a tackles play and make sure the offense is a run heavy team.

id run quarters 3 man deep and sag off then run commit to let the cpu get open short passes and your safeties ready to tackle
