There’s not one that was a great passing and rushing(stretches) plays
any playbook recommendations?

Patriots has singleback wingpair, iform stretch, and pats/u-trips with some good concepts. I don't use it tho cus they got 0 read options lol.

What are you using, or what have you tried? Some context might help. fEagles (or Jets) on offense is where i'd start. I started the year with Jets, but have since settled on Phillie and it's really quite good. One of the more popular playbooks, because of how truly elite it is. Double Post might be one of, if not, THE best play in the entire game. There's also amazing under-center formations you can use for the usual RPO cheese (Stretch Alert Bubble) and couple/few others (Zone Alert Bubble), definitely don't snooze on this Mesh Spot if you've set it up as i'll attempt to describe below..
I have a great time coming out against an opponent, calling four or five run plays in a row, so they think i'm a 100% toter, before using the same under-center formation to burn em quick with a deep bomb streaking down the sideline. That Post streaking down the sideline will often insta-burn opponents, if they don't have some type of Deep Zone KO ability on their outside corners. Regardless, you can very often cause your opponent to over-commit to the run, then use that to go big. Perhaps a little too "simulation" for EA, might as well just start out abusing sideline throws, they cannot be contest or countered from my personal experience. Oof.

I tried jets earlier in the year, can’t remember how much I liked it
my most recent one was actually eagles but it just didn’t have a lot of run plays that I like(I need outside stretches, only way I beat dollar or 6-1 if im struggling to pass against it

I just gave you basically the best Stretch run in the entire game, with a full three-four play rotation than can be used to supplement this. Works exceptionally well against 4-3 Even 6-1, unless your opponent is competent at shooting the gap with their user, but you can motion the opposite (weak side) receiver on the outside to the strong side of the formation, bonus points for running a TE OOP here, giving you an extra big body to seal off the edge... which typically places you one juke-move away from a huge gain. YMMV, use whatever YOU prefer... but this is objectively a very good playbook, probably makes almost everyone's top 5 list.
And keep em guessing at which way you'll be running the ball by working in a heavy rotation of Zone Alert Bubble.

OR if you're into the roll-out passing game, i'm not sure there's a better option available than this Singleback Tight Flex formation from Balanced playbook on offense. This HB Slip Screen will basically grant you immediate control of the QB as soon as the ball is snapped, so you can go wild, seal the edge (by double-teaming outside DE) and roll out toward the direction of the two angled routes and hit whichever is open. Bonus points for using 2AP Roaming Deadeye to ensure perfect "blue" passes on each and every down.
I haven't used this enough to truly master it in live games, but was dead simple to pull off against the CPU or in practice mode. Bo is the perfect QB for this style play and it's super annoying to defend against.

Seriously, dude? I'm trying to help you here, i directly linked the plays and full playbooks so you don't even have to do your own research. This is the Philadelphia fEagles offensive playbook, which can be found here: https://www.ea.com/games/madden-nfl/madden-nfl-24/playbooks/m24-philadelphia-eagles-offense
Double Post can be found under the Bunch Offset formation. It's so good you can basically run it every single play and be fine (streak the Slot receiver to pull away Safeties and hit the red Post after it breaks).
Second best play from this same Bunch Offset formation would probably be the Verts HB Under.

I do already have roaming deadeye on Bo which is nice. Any ability/xfactor you recommend for everyone besides QB?

Sorry, my bad -- long day at stupid wr0k, apologies, i didn't mean to snap at you. I have a tendency to ramble a lot and mix in wide-ranging (often irrelevant or unrelated) topics, so you question certainly was not out of line. It's definitely Phillie playbook, which is most familiar and comfortable to me at this point, although both are very good.
Lemme know what you think of Phillie, it can take a bit to find the plays you are most comfortable with. Definitely start with that HB Stretch RPO and see what you think, if it's good, you can build an entire scheme around it, plus have tons of other good options to fall back on if you need to go with pure / heavy passing attack.

On offense, or both sides of the ball? You basically need (or will want to start working towards) five-wide Secure Protectors across your entire offensive line. If you enjoy toting the rock, definitely check out Heath Miller or Bo Jackson (TE) or anyone that gets the Vanguard ability, it'll simply pancake your opponents blockers and open huge, gaping holes for you to run through. If running just a single Vanguard, i prefer to have it on my TE2, as they line up on the strong side edge. No reason you couldn't run both (dual Vanguard + Angry Runs and leave Bo QB naked, without X-factor)... but i prefer a mix.
I'm really enjoying the "Conductor" component of Bo's Master Tactician X-factor lately, it'll allow us to get off 2 quick pre-snap adjustments, then you can still quick-hike the ball and catch you opponent off-guard, so they're unable to make any real adjustments. Pair this with Bo Jackson (TE) YAC `Em Up, this can make for a really nasty time defending Double Post... no pressure can get to you, otherwise you'll just dump it off quick to Bo in the Flats and he's gonna break the first tackle and take off for a huge gain. There's not a ton of great offensive abilities, so really once you have the QB set and O-line, the rest is really gravy... entirely up to personal preferences.
Defense is an entirely different beast, KOs, KOs, KOs.
