I have 550k to spend and already have Revis, ward, and Troy vincent. Any suggestion?

Those are pretty good imo. 550k wont get anything better.

Do you run Man or Zone?  Honestly, i would consider bringing the freebie Ryan Clark down to play Nickel/Slot corner unless you're already using him as actual deep Safety help.  Larry Wilson (sub-250k) and Ryan Neal can also work wonders in a cornerback role.  Mark Bavaro doesn't get a tackling ability, but i love any of the options with Reinforcement, meaning Asante Samuel, although he's better as a pure Man to Man style corner, with OSA and Tackle Supreme.  You can always pay retail (3AP) for Mid Zone KO to pair with Reinforcement, giving you the much needed improved reaction time, but that's hardly ideal in a primarily Zone scheme.

I run zone and have Ryan Clark at free safety. I was considering getting ryan Neal and bringing him down to CB. I also was thinking of buying bavoro but didn’t know if renforcement was going to work well. He would be CB 3 though cuz Revis and ward are just so good.
