I need help

i havent gotten my make rights/goods from gold + packs 

I tried using ea.help, it said 14 minutes but it’s been 2 HOURS and im still waiting to start a chat 

any suggestions for what i do now?

Bro ea help did nothing when I had the all the proof in the world with receipts and everything and they still wouldn’t give me my preorder points that I bought with the preorder. So I know damn well they aren’t gonna help us with free packs. Last time I got 1 makeright pack for the hundreds that I opened. Itd just be nice if they could get something right every once and awhile

Seems like a lot of trouble for Gold packs. Didn't you make several million coins last week with the Mystery Packs?  IMO you are living the worst MUT retirement life, dealing with EA help is not the ideal situation when taking a break from Madden. Can we just declare your MUT break was just fake news? Welcome back, but you never left.
