Ranked has been bugged (i think) since recent patch. Due to hurricane Milton, do not expect or anticipate any fix in the near future, could be a week+ since I assume most everyone from Orlando area was evacuated. Company probably should have locked rank play so you guys don't keep wasting yer precious time, or losing ranked points for actually winning games.
YMMV, but this is my current best / meager understanding of the situation. Hopefully others have been able to confirm/deny these assumptions.
