I’ll Never Not Use Gift Wrapped

I hate when I move a couple pieces around in the lineup and forget to re-enable abilities I most obviously wanted. My 4 AP Terry Bradshaw went out naked this morning, and after my defense gave up a quick score, my opponent held me to 4th and 2. I went for it, and my opponent did what a lot of users do in that case, and sold out to the flats. I read the movement and lobbed the ball to a receiver on a corner route that had coverage beat by ten yards. Overthrown.

I’ve seen people argue about this. Maybe I will eschew Gift Wrapped in some lineups, but that moment will take a while to recover from.

I've been missing corner routes with gift wrapped since field pass Bryce Young to start the year. I'll still run it because nothing is worse than dropping a wide open check down to the flats.

A missed open pass like that is on you, not an ability.

Sometimes can be a stupid random under pressure throw

Is it needed to catch open passes like the beginning of the year, no.

Does it help you still with diving catches for example, yes.

It's up to you if you want to use it. It's a 1 ap ability.

Just some food for thought... Most of the people on this website, do not understand the coding side of these abilities and only read what the description says. This is one of those situations. Look at all the pros, they run this ability. That says it all.

That last part says it all. I'd rather go with what pros, who earn money, than some random on a message board. Same goes for a lot games. Trust the pros every single day of the week.

Or its on the wifi connection/lag, GW is not an essential ability if you have great wifi.

If one has bad/inconsistent wifi performance then GW does help and is valuable, but if you have little to no lag, use your AP elsewhere.

Fearless was another ability not enabled at the time. I don’t recall getting the “Under Pressure” banner on that attempt. So much to look at in a situation like that.
