How can all these you tubers have illegal coin sponsors, answer , ea madden is in all of it to manipulate to have there pockets lined, what happened to fair gameplay and marketing??

Locking this. But to answer your question, OP, buying and selling coins is against TOS. Advertising is not. It's a silly loophole that needs to be closed. Having said that, I can assure you that EA is not behind illegal coin sales. They lose loads of money to those places.
