How in the world is my team still a 98 overall? All position except for K and 2nd MLB are 99 with chems and they are 98. What gives?

Even kicker has 2 be 99 and MLB 2

I guess you just answered the question - The Scottish Hammer doesn’t chem Prater up to 99……I guess the price on Hammer should tank now.  I think that why a lot of people wanted him.
