I've seen some posts that have said some have 99 speed players/cards. Is that possible?

Superbowl Chemistry with some of these Superbowl players. For example CMC gets 96 speed once you put a 95 in him. He gets to 97 with a light up token. If you have a 50/70 SB theme team you get _2 speed for all players. So he would be a 97 with light up token. If you get to 70/70, he would be 99 speed w/o the light up token.

Yes, almost all my skill position players are 98-99 SPD with 70/70 SB TT that grants +3 SPD. Edge rushers such as Chase Young are 98 SPD. I've got two RBs, two WRs, four out of six DBs are 99, the others 98.
Warren Sapp at DT1 is my "slow" guy with 94 SPD. It's gonna be really difficult to upgrade these cards with all the decent 0AP and discounted abilities. We're able to blanket there entire field with Zone KOs, while generating organic pressure only rushing three. Anyway, sorry to ramble, yes it's definitely possible to hit max speed. For sure check out Superbowl. The new cards mostly stink. Especially Ultimate Legends and Honors not named Joe Flacco.

On a 70 SB Theme, you can get CMC, Terrell Davis, Marshawn Lynch, Deebo, Plaxico, MVS, Hines Ward, Howley, Lott, Chancellor, Ji'Ayir Brown, Night Train, Blount, and Adderley to 99 Spd. So, all the starters at DB, WR, and RB
