Is a 40-15 chem spilt worth it

hey guys i was buliding my lions theme team and i relize i wanna spice it up so i put a couple of panthers players and removed some lions player to get 40 lions chem and 15 panthers chem and i'm wondering if that's a good idea so is it?

What if you added the Team Diamond and Legendary Team Strat?  Those would add another 7 to your Lions TT and get you closer to 50/50 and the benefits that come with it.  I think it is better to run 50/50 myself for the added speed.  Speed is king in all Madden games.

I currently have a sort of similar setup. 30 Legend/15 saints. I find that the tiers I’ve been able to get to on both of these have boosted some of my most important players OVR by 1 if not 2 points. So I’d say yea just depends on players?

I have some players like playoff champions for example that only get their team chem which is why I’m limited to 30/15. if that makes sense.

does team diamonds do that i don't know how team diamond chem works

I believe you get +3 to whatever Team Diamond player is for that team.  You just need to add it in the team chem area.
