lol nope I havent spent money on this game in years and coin packs are typically trash and a near automatic loss unless you get real lucky.. I think I might have bought one of the S1 special offer from lvling up packs with coins. they werent core elite packs from what I remember though.

You still didn't get them? I did not know if it was just me still missing items.?

I was asking out of curiosity.  They said it was going to be their top priority to get missing content out. I would expect it to be resolved soon if it is their top priority.

There was a post about a make right as well. I do not know the status of any of the missing stuff or the make right?

EA monitors our posts. We will probably get an update tonight or tomorrow if we watch the Twitch stream.

Sorry to reply twice. But I just got an email from EA and the 2 core elite packs were "compenstation" for banning me for the whole year and getting caught up in the early year BS ban wave. I got banned in under 2 weeks for nothing I could ever figure out (nor would they tell me) CS used up my appeals before it became a known issue so I was screwed until I sent in a notice of arbitration. 2 core elite packs for that is a JOKE of compenstation. I didnt get unbanned until like mid july lmao.

I'm still missing my RP's, and Puka.  I haven't received anything!  Pretty disappointing considering how expensive it was to complete RP sets this year.

Received nothing so far... Need 3 RP and Puka

i hope you’re right. I opened a ticket at EA Help and they surprisingly closed it as “solved”, even though I never received the cards.

Yep. They did the same thing to me 2 days ago and changed an unresolved case to resolved.

I asked a few questions to the chat help person. I asked them to change the case back to unresolved because I am still waiting for my Ultimate Alumni Player. I asked if they were actually able to do anything. They told me no. They said it is only the developers that can fix whatever they have done that is not giving everyone their proper content. The help people can not put the items into our games.

EA put out a statement about missing content and make rights yesterday. They said not to open a ticket for 48 hours. I guess this means between yesterday afternoon through tomorrow afternoon we should see our stuff and some make rights?

Thanks for sharing. My concern with this mess is EA‘s capacity to distinguish users that actually deserve the rewards.
